Job Description:	The Web Marketing and Development Specialist performs tasks including website design and coding, search engine optimization, website traffic analysis, and marketing. This position incorporates both web development and marketing duties. The ability to work with a team to complete select project components is a must. 	E-Commerce Applications Developer

Job Description:	This is an exciting opportunity for an e-commerce developer to use cutting-edge web technologies at a growing Milwaukee area company. We are seeking a highly motivated programmer to develop e-commerce and other web applications using PHP, AJAX, ZEND, CSS and other web languages. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing web applications as well as specifying, researching and producing new applications from the ground up. This is a team environment, but you must be able to work productively without a high level of supervision. Programmers must have specific, demonstrated experience in the following aspects of web applications development. PHP, MySQL, AJAX, HTML, CSS and JavaScript at moderately advanced levels on Linux/Apache. Knowledge of cross-browser issues and backwards-compatibility are essential. Experience analyzing, defining requirements, developing, customizing, integrating and/or implementing large scale web-based enterprise software applications in PHP and MySQL. Experience in both back end and UI design and development required. Write your own code -- no dependence on a program to write code for you. Ability to be both a motivated self-starter and an effective team member. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including documentation and customer-side tutorials. Knowledge of the current trends in network applications, including distributed platforms, TCP/IP, messaging standards, and B2B e-commerce. Hands-on database design and implementation experience with SQL server or DB2. Demonstrated ability to translate customers’ needs into application features and functions. XHTML, XML or knowledge of PHP frameworks or Object Oriented Programming a definite plus. Knowledge of Photoshop, design experience or proven ability to translate other's designs into cross-browser compatible code also a plus.
