Health/Dental Insurance
Both Full Time and eligible Part Time associates may participate in the company medical and dental plans. Our health plan includes coverage for prescription medications and basic vision coverage. Dependents may be added to an associate's coverage.
401(K)
Eligible associates can participate in a 401(K) plan that includes one-on-one financial planning and a web-based system to monitor investments.
Time Off
In the interest of maintaining a healthy balance between work and home, OnYourMark, LLC offers flexible time off to associates. Eligible associates accrue PTO (paid time off) to use as they wish for compensated time away from work. We also observe six holidays per year which are paid for eligible associates.
Flexible Hours
We believe a stable home life is as important to the individual as work. We allow associates to chose the schedule that works best around their home schedule.
Education & Training Reimbursement
We encourage associates to enhance the effectiveness of their work by obtaining training that further develops their business-related knowledge and skills. Training includes, but is not limited to, internships, seminars, conferences and workshops.
Business Casual Environment
We support a comfortable, business casual dress environment. Khakis and jeans are common; sandals often appear in the summer!
Company Outings
We work hard, we play hard! Past company outings have included camping, Wisconsin Dells trips, picnics, even a pirate-themed dress up and activity day! Potlucks and home-cooked meals are common.
Friendly Work EnvironmentWe don't expect our associates to sit silent at a computer day after day! Collaborative projects allow our associates to share ideas and grow as a team. We don't do cubicles, either. Our N.A.R.C. (Necessary Acknowledgement of Rewardable Conduct) program encourages employees to "narc" on the good work their peers are doing. N.A.R.C. "suspects" and "informants" are eligible to win prizes at staff meetings.
Convenient Location
Sussex, Wisconsin is easily accessible from Hwy 41/45 and I94. This booming Milwaukee suburb still retains its small town charm. Our office features plenty of free parking and is close to great dining and shopping.
