Billing FAQ
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, money orders, PayPal (payable to billing@OnYourMark.com), debit and credit cards, and cash. Checks should be made payable to "OnYourMark.com LLC". You may pay online with debit or credit cards and via PayPal at OnYourMark.com/payments.

Is my account past due? Can I make payments?
Our terms vary. Some invoices are net due on receipt; most are 2% 10, Net 25. If you can’t pay your invoice on time, please give Keith Klein a call at 262-853-7900. We would be happy to discuss payment arrangements with you.
I don’t agree with the charges — now what do I do?
We are up front about your charges before they are incurred. If you have any questions, please talk to Keith Klein directly. We are happy to work out any concerns you may have.
