What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept check, money order, credit card and cash for payment on your account. Checks should be made out to "OnYourMark, LLC". You can pay online with a credit card at www.onyourmark.com/client-support/payment.php
Where do I send my payment?
Please mail your payment to: OnYourMark, LLC, 22603 W. Main Street, Sussex, WI 53089 or feel free to stop by or office and deliver it personally.
Is my account past due? Can I make payments?
Our terms are Net 10, so chances are if you received your invoice more than 10 days ago, it is past due. If you can't pay your invoice on time, please give our billing department a call. We would be happy to discuss payment arrangements with you.
I don't agree with the charges, now what do I do?
We make every effort to be up front with your charges before they are incurred. If you have any questions, please talk to your Account Executive or the Operations Manager. We are happy to work out any concerns you have.
