Throughout the day today our clients have been experiencing brief intermittent service disruptions. We promptly investigated the issues and we could find no problems with our equipment.
We then reported the problem with our upstream provider. Within a short time they called back and reported that they are having problems with the core routers.
What this means is the problem is due to something outside of our control. Our service providers are looking into the problem and hope to have a solution soon. They did not give an estimate time, because they are unsure what the exact problem is.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
Update (Same Day): The Intermittent Service Issues Reported because of routing issues have been resolved.
